🚚 Is shipping free?

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €59.90; otherwise, it costs €5.90. 

International shipping is calculated during the checkout process, and the cost varies depending on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the products.

📦 When will I receive my order? Can I track my package?

You will receive your order within 2-4 business days after the package has been dispatched. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking code from our courier, Bartolini. The tracking code will become active 12 hours after the package has been dispatched.

💵 How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit or prepaid card from any network
  • Electronic payment methods (Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery costs an additional €3.90).
